Front desk staff was good.
Location was right next to two stations, it had a large desk, and the bed was comfortable.
I love stay at here for 10 days… just love the neighborhood… will be back stay at here again if i travel to tokyo… recommended hotel

Room was too small not worth $--- If I remember right when booked the hotel it says it's a 3.5 star hotel which is totally wrong.I would rate it was 2 star hotel.MyStay hotel in Haneda vey close to Haneda Airport where we went was 3.5 star.
Nope… for me is very nice hotel with good price. And very near to station and easy back to haneda airport

The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and always greet us with genuine warmth. The rooms and facilities are consistently clean and comfortable, providing everything our small family needs—from daily freshly brewed coffee to convenient laundry facilities. With nearby konbini stores, restaurants, Kamata Park, and the station just a short walk away, the location is truly ideal.

The location is fine with JR station, except station is busy and must climb stairs. Shuttle bus at the JR station to the airport is a bonus

It was really close to the Kamata station and a lot of shuttle bus to Haneda Airport from Kamata station.

There is only one elevator.

In terms of pros and cons, one of my "pros" is the price. If i were to stay in the Kamata area again, I would consider the Mystays Hotel Kamata. The location is another "pro" as well.

In terms of pros and cons, one of my "cons" is regarding the room size. I do understand that it is probably based on an average person from Japan. But what can a not-so-average westerner do. Lol.

Close by to convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and the subway/bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wallpaper seemed kinda dingy as it was already ripping off when I ordered.

Not much I just needed a place to stay and catch my flight the next day

The room was small the tub had a ring around it although it had been cleaned it didn't have a spa like the one in Narita. Narita was a much nicer stay

The location was very close to Kamata station, just 5 mins walk or less. Room is just enough but the bed is comfortable, toilet is good.

The coffee station is located oddly; it is by the washing area.
